1. marginalization- To relegate or confine to a lower or outer limit or edge, as of social standing.
2. inarticulate- Unable to speak with clarity or eloquence.
3. political- of or pertaining to citizens; of, pertaining to, or concerned with politics
What does this mean? It means if it is harder for illeterate people to get jobs in the business world now a days because of computers.
Is it true or not? I think it is because back then these people would work in factories but now there are hardly any factories if any.
