  1. To what does "Web 2.0" refer? Web 2.0 is a phrase coined by O'Reilly Media in 2004, refers to a perceived or proposed second generation of Web-based services—such as social networking sites, wikis, communication tools, and folksonomies—that emphasize online collaboration and sharing among users.   2. How do you personally produce content for the web? In the early part of 2004, I customized a commercial ASP-based forum for our use as a community and knowledge base tool, and began creating content for it.
  3. What does the "Dot Com" bubble mean? When did it occur? "Dot Com" is a generic top-level domain (gTLD) used on the Internet's Domain Name System.
